I'm planning to put 10 workers on this job as labour and other cost of operating is cheap here in this area. if you want to increase the volume ,you will have to increase the number of employees and their shifts.company can a lot you maximum 2 machines in one agreement. |

We will accept all the finished products manufactured by you. because according to agreement there is no limit of acceptance, its up to your production capacity. Generally we suggest to send at least two consignments in a week to make it in a frequent way. |

We will make instant payment just after receiving your finished goods.The mode will be net transfer or DD.and the statement will be sent to you by mail or courier. |

We will not provide you packing material like wooden cases and papers for wrapping. company will send all the raw material in wooden cases which you can use in sending the finished product. |

It is not possible to install without trainer and you will have to take training in your place itself. or you can come in our Delhi office in quality department where training can be taken but we recommend the parties to take training on their own machine at their place. |

Some quality specifications are there, for which you will be given training you have to follow that instructions. checking method and checking equipments are same as provided with the machinery .and there are very less chances of alteration in the piece quality in the transportation if the goods are well packed .Pieces not matching that specification will be considered as rejected. |

In what basis the legal documentation will support? |

The agreement will be done just too make you sure that you will regularly receive the raw material required and all finished goods will be buy back by the company. |

To start the work you will have to send the DD of rs 30000/- in favor of Aee Pee Light trading co. payable at New Delhi. After recieving your money we will despatch all the machineries and raw material along with trainer.with in 3 to 4 days goods will reach to your place and start the working. |

We will send you the agreement by courier, you have to sign it and send it back to the company. After getting registered in the court one copy will be sent to you by courier. |
